Grand Tour of Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Serbia

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Croatia's capital, which will reveal its most important cultural and architectural attractions: the Cathedral, the main Ban Jelacic square,  the fortified Upper Town, the city's historical center, St. Mark's Church with its multicolored roof, the Croatian National Theatre—the rest of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, we drive to Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital. The guided tour will take you to the baroque old town, Prešeren Square, Congress Square, the City Hall, the Cathedral, the Butchers' Bridge, the Dragon Bridge, and the open market, which is very popular with the locals. Then, we continue to Bled, Slovenia's most popular tourist resort. Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, sightseeing of this charming town, the lakeshore and the Bled Castle with scenic views. The positive energy of this place was discovered very early. It became a pilgrimage site and later a health resort. The rest of the day is at leisure. Perhaps you visit the quaint island in the lake by a typical boat called »pletna« and ring a wishing bell for good luck. But be careful what you wish for; the wishes come true! Overnight.

In the morning, drive to Postojna and visit the famous cave, one of the largest in the world, among Slovenia's most popular attractions. Its stalagmite and stalactite formations are unequaled anywhere. An electric train will take you into the caves, and then enjoy the underground karst world, where nature was the leading architect through the millennia and has formed amazing formations. Then, we continue our tour to the Adriatic coast and have a short break in Opatija, a popular resort. Then drive to the Plitvice National Park, wonderful nature protected by UNESCO—Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, we take a walking tour around the lakes. The World Heritage-listed Plitvice Lakes National Park comprises 16 terraced lakes interconnected by stunning waterfalls and densely wooded hills. We walk among the waterfalls, take a boat ride through the crystal water, and take magnificent photos. In the afternoon, we head to Split, the biggest city in Dalmatia. Its historical part is under UNESCO protection. Dinner and overnight in Split.

After breakfast, you start with a sightseeing tour of the city with typical cobbled Dalmatian streets in the historical centre built around the remains of the Palace of Emperor Diocletian from the 4th century AD. Next, learn about the area's fascinating history as you see Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle, the Cathedral and other Renaissance and Gothic structures. Overnight in Split.

Travel south along the spectacular Adriatic coast, past old fishing villages and new resorts, to Dubrovnik. Dinner and overnight in Dubrovnik.

 After breakfast, you will have a walking tour of this beautiful city's highlights. You will visit the Franciscan Monastery with Europe's third oldest pharmacy, the Rector's Palace, Dominican Monastery Orlando's Column, and Sponza Palace. The rest of the day, you have time to explore this beautiful city on your own. Overnight.

After breakfast, we will drive to Bosnia and Herzegovina the picturesque Mostar, which owes its name to the famous Bridge over the Neretva River. While visiting this UNESCO World Heritage-listed city, we'll see its historic Old Bridge, the colorful Old Bazaar with traditional handicrafts, and well-preserved traditional Turkish houses—free time to shop or enjoy lunch. Then, we continue our tour for Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Here, we can still see the dominance of the Ottoman style of mosques, which are complemented by Catholic cathedrals and Jewish synagogues.  Dinner and overnight in Sarajevo.

In the morning, we join the guided tour of Sarajevo: the spot where the Sarajevo Assassination took place, Gazi Husrev Bey's Bezistan, Tašlihan, Jewish Museum, Ferhad Paša's Mosque, Cathedral of Jesus' Sacred Heart, Sarajevo "Roses," Old Orthodox Church. Besides this, you will also see some other interesting places related to various historical events. Later, you can enjoy some free time in the famous oriental old town 'Of Baščaršija' and try local food or shop for colorful handicrafts. Overnight in Sarajevo.

Start your day with a morning sightseeing tour of Belgrade. Visit the impressive Kalemegdan Fortress, situated at the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers. Explore Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street, popular destinations in the city. See the iconic Saint Sava Temple, the largest Orthodox Church in Belgrade.
